A package has waitedfour days at the godown.
The person responsible claims it, packs it, and marks it shipped. The order moves on. A lost shipment is recorded as lost. Approval, when you turn it on, is one person saying yes. There is no chain of approvers.
Who can open the queue, and when a document locks, is set in Security. A transfer between your own locations is stock movement, not a customer shipment.

Can we print warehouse pick lists and official delivery challans?
Yes. Warehouse staff can print itemized pick lists and box packing slips to assemble orders. When shipping, QABILL prints an official delivery challan complete with transporter name, vehicle number, and LR details.
What happens if a customer rejects a shipment or delivery fails?
If a delivery fails, the shipment status is marked as undelivered. The reserved items can be returned to available stock or re-dispatched on a new shipment, ensuring warehouse inventory counts remain true.
How does QABILL handle local counter handovers versus long-distance transport?
Sales orders can specify Delivery, Customer Pickup, or Counter Handover. Counter handovers are marked completed immediately upon billing, whereas delivery orders route into the queue for packing, vehicle assignment, and dispatch.
