Essential and Professional can add users, locations and sales order capacity as needed. Free includes basic GST and basic reports. GST and GSTR reporting, and the advanced dashboard, are included in Essential and Professional. QABILL prepares GST reports and a GSTR-1 JSON file. It does not file returns or issue e-invoice IRNs or e-way bills. Storefront is an optional add-on. The Communication Wallet is coming soon. WhatsApp, SMS and Email will be charged as you go, separately from the subscription.
Yes. QABILL includes a 14-day free trial, and no credit card is required to start it. When the trial ends, the account moves to the Free plan unless a paid plan is chosen.
The Free plan is ₹0. It includes 1 user, 1 location and up to 50 sales orders per month, with fixed capacity. It includes counter and instant sales, billing and invoicing, quotations, sales orders, customers, customer payments, basic inventory, stock adjustments, basic GST, basic reports, and access on desktop, tablet and mobile.
Both plans start with the same capacity: 1 user, 1 location and 200 sales orders per month. Professional adds advanced control, workflow and customization, including Customer Groups, Approvals, Work Queue, Templates & Configuration and Custom Fields.
Annual billing has a lower monthly equivalent than monthly billing. The amount is charged for the year, not as that monthly figure every month. Essential is ₹699 per user per month when billed monthly. When billed annually, Essential is ₹499 per user per month, charged as ₹5,988 per year for the included user. Professional is ₹999 per user per month when billed monthly. When billed annually, Professional is ₹799 per user per month, charged as ₹9,588 per year for the included user.
GST and GSTR reporting, including GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B reporting data, is available on Essential and Professional. The Free plan includes basic GST.
The Communication Wallet is coming soon. When it is available, a business will recharge the wallet, usage of WhatsApp, SMS and Email will reduce the balance, and the wallet can be recharged again when the balance runs down.
