Order in Selling Packs
Sell by carton, box, or roll. QABILL automatically tracks both the outer pack and inner base pieces on the order line.
Price Groups & Credit Gate
The customer’s group rate auto-populates the line, while open dues are checked against their credit ceiling.
Invoiced, Collected & Cleared
Issue the GST invoice with UPI QR, record part payments, and apply write-offs within authorized business limits.
After the order is confirmed
Stock is reserved at the location, when reservation is on. Fulfillment packs and ships. The invoice posts what the customer owes, and an invoice from that confirmed order is not counted twice. HSN and GST sit on the line for GSTR-1 preparation. QABILL does not file the return.
What wholesale does not add
There is no separate wholesale price book beyond customer groups, and no scheme engine. The documents are the same ones a smaller counter uses: quote, order, invoice, payment and return.

Can counter staff edit wholesale rates or give additional cash discounts?
If a user’s role permits price editing, they can adjust rates or enter line discounts on a draft order. Alternatively, you can lock rate editing so staff must adhere strictly to assigned customer group prices.
How does QABILL handle customer write-offs and minor round-off differences?
Under customer payments, authorized managers can record write-offs within preset percentage and amount limits, clearing small balance disputes without distorting the sales register.
Can a wholesale buyer belong to multiple discount groups simultaneously?
Yes. If a customer belongs to multiple groups, QABILL applies your organization policy: either the lowest effective price or the highest-ranked group, avoiding manual calculation at the counter.
