What QABILL actually connects to.

These are the connections in the product today. Each one is a file, a backup, a subscription charge, or a Shopify store. Nothing on this page is a planned connector.

Five connections

  1. GSTN offline upload

    What it does

    GSTR-1 (Outward) downloads a JSON file in GSTN GSTR-1 format for the portal’s Prepare Offline upload. The same report can also download Excel. Sections cover registered buyers, unregistered buyers and credit notes.

    What it does not do

    QABILL does not file the return, does not send it to the GST portal, and does not issue e-invoice IRNs or e-way bills. The GSTR-1 screen says the JSON is not an official filing export.

  2. Excel

    What it does

    Items, customers and vendors can be imported from an Excel template. Reports that generate a sheet can be downloaded as Excel, and they can be printed.

    What it does not do

    Excel is a file you download or upload. It is not a live link to a spreadsheet that stays in sync.

  3. Account backup

    What it does

    You can download a full backup of the account when you want it, from the backup controls in settings.

    What it does not do

    A backup is your copy of the account. It is not an integration with another company’s software.

  4. Razorpay

    What it does

    QABILL subscription charges are collected through Razorpay. That is how the business pays QABILL.

    What it does not do

    Razorpay is not the way your customers pay a sales invoice inside QABILL. Customer payments are recorded on the order or invoice, with a mode such as bank transfer.

  5. Shopify

    What it does

    A Shopify store can be connected so paid Shopify orders come into QABILL for packing and shipping. Products are matched to QABILL items. When you ship, tracking can go back to Shopify.

    What it does not do

    Shopify is a sales-channel connection, and it can be unavailable until it is enabled for the account. Connecting a store is not a general marketplace setup.

Communication Wallet is coming soon

WhatsApp, SMS and Email from QABILL will be a prepaid wallet, charged as you go. It is not a live connection until it is released, and it is not how QABILL support is reached. See it on pricing.
